My attitude in collaboration

Why attitude is crucial and what you can expect when working together.

In collaboration, especially in transformation processes, attitude is not a secondary aspect. It shapes how we approach issues, how we assess challenges, and how we develop solutions together. Attitude is the filter through which we observe, interpret, and act. It has a quiet but fundamental effect on every conversation, every method, and every decision.

When advising organizations, my attitude is a key aspect for me: it determines whether I approach an organization with pressure or trust, with ready-made solutions or open curiosity, with an expert’s perspective or genuine listening. Attitude influences whether I evaluate organizations through my own lens – or whether I look at them through their own lens together with them.

My systemic approach

My work is characterized by a systemic approach. It forms the basis for my consulting work. For me, this means:

With this attitude, I create a space in which organizations can understand themselves, develop new perspectives, and shape their own path.

Customized collaboration instead of standard solutions

Every organization is unique in terms of its history, culture, and challenges. That’s why I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. My consulting services are customized, tailored to your needs, and developed in dialogue with the organization itself.

Even when we talk about ecological, structural, or strategic issues, people are always at the center. A people-centered approach is not a contradiction to the system perspective, but rather its prerequisite.

Another key aspect of my work is that I want to empower organizations to eventually no longer need me. I work to impart knowledge, methods, and attitudes in such a way that organizations can think, act, and develop independently.

And finally, I want that working on sustainability and transformation is enjoyable. Seriousness and humor are not mutually exclusive. On the contrary: enthusiastic learning, genuine participation, and creative energy are often the key to profound, lasting change.
