1. Sustainability strategy

Are you at the very beginning of your sustainability journey or do you want to further develop your existing sustainability strategy? The process of developing a sustainability strategy is always very individual – possible elements include:

  • Informing (top) management & the project team about current legal obligations (e.g. CSRD, CSDD, CBAM) and the strategy process
  • Support in putting together a core team to develop the sustainability strategy/establishing a steering structure
  • Materiality analysis, identification of relevant topics (e.g. through interviews or workshops)
  • Strategy workshop to develop a sustainability vision and define strategic goals and initial measures

  • Support in preparing the corporate carbon footprint

2. Sustainability Reporting

Would you like to publish a sustainability report and are looking for support in implementing it? Or is your company even subject to CSRD requirements? The process is always tailored to your specific business context, but the core elements are: 

  • Setting up structures and processes for reporting
  • Carrying out the CSRD-compliant materiality analysis (dual materiality)
  • Involving relevant stakeholders in the materiality analysis process (e.g. through workshops, interviews or surveys)
  • Identifying relevant key figures and report content
  • Carrying out a gap analysis (target/actual comparison) and deriving recommendations for action
  • Transferring the results of the gap analysis into a strategy process
  • Selecting a supporting software tool
  • Setting up a reporting structure; support in creating report content
